Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Weekends or Postal Holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in the state of Georgia via DHL SmartMail Parcel (standard shipping). Larger quantity orders are shipped utilizing Fedex Ground. By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, DHL SmartMail Parcel is able to reach any domestic address, including PO boxes. Domestic shipping time is 4-7 business days.

International Shipping

For the best shipping experience our international shipping is limited to countries where we can offer door-to-door tracking, which includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland United Kingdom, and Vatican City.

International orders are shipped through a postal presorter to ensure we can offer the lowest international rates, this means there is a sorting delay between the shipment and actual tracking movement shown with USPS. International shipments take 14-21 business days after shipping, inclusive of this sorting window and customs.

Backorders 

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
