30-Day Return Policy

Items purchased within the last 30 days can be returned for a refund for any reason, provided they are in re-sellable condition.

To start your return, please contact our support team at support.uk@i-blason.com 

Provide your order details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark this RMA number on the outside of your return package. Packages returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays.

Beyond 30 Days

If after 30 days your item develops a fault, Please contact us with pictures of the issue you are experiencing, as we can often replace the item without the need for you to return it.

Please do not return your item untill you have an Number

Packaging Requirements

Please return items in their original packaging. Do not attach postage labels directly to the product packaging, as this will render the item unsellable and may result in a reduced refund.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return postage costs if:

  • You received the incorrect product (we sent the wrong item).

  • The product is defective or faulty (and we have asked you to return it).

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Orders Placed Through Amazon

Important: Returns for purchases made through Amazon must be processed directly via Amazon.co.uk.
