Return and Refund policy

Need to return an order? We're happy to help!

Products are eligible for refund, when they are returned within 30 days of the delivery date, and are in re-sellable condition unless the product is defective or damaged. 

please return the product in the original packaging please do not attach postage label's directly to the product packaging as the product will then be unsellable and could affect your refund value.

PLEASE NOTE — All Amazon orders must be processed through Amazon.co.uk.

We will Refund your return postage costs only if one of the following situations applies:

1. The product you received is defective.

2. The product you received is not the item you ordered.

3. The product you received is damaged or faulty

For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges of the returned product.
